Stephanie S. Green's practice focuses in institutional lending, municipal finance and commercial real estate. She also gained experience in commercial and asset-based lending and nursing home acquisitions and financings with the Real Estate Department of Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd.
Ms. Green has experience representing equity investors, developers and institutional lenders in low-income housing tax credit transactions involving multi-tiered and municipal financings. Ms. Green also represents for-profit developers and institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions. In addition, she has worked on both tax-exempt and taxable financings involving governmental obligations, governmental revenue obligations, commercial paper, housing bonds, empowerment zone bonds, project finance, industrial development bonds, real estate investment trusts and tax increment financings.
Ms. Green received her Juris Doctor from Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent in 1997. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the American and Illinois State Bar Associations. Ms. Green currently serves as President of Board of Directors of The Renaissance Collaborative, Inc., a not-for profit organization providing housing and supportive services in Chicago's historic Bronzeville neighborhood.
