Patricia C. Holland concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial lending and general corporate law. She has represented both lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of all types of credit agreements, term loans, asset based loans and letters of credit. She also has worked with a wide variety of clients, structuring, negotiating, drafting and implementing a variety of business arrangements.

Prior to becoming a principal at Albert, Whitehead, Ms Holland was a partner with Dauphin and Holland LLC. Before joining Dauphin and Holland she was an Associate Regional Director at the SEC's Midwest Office. Ms. Holland has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is also a former chair of the Illinois State Bar Association's Corporations, Securities and Business Law Section Council.

Ms. Holland received her law degree in 1983 from the University of Chicago Law School and her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana.
